The Team

Emma

“I’m a qualified physiotherapist with over a decade of experience. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a broad range of settings, including musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy, community neurological rehabilitation, pulmonary rehab, and cardiac rehab. I have a particular passion for rehabilitation and love supporting people on their journey to achieving their personal goals—whether that’s recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or improving overall well-being.

I bring a caring and empathetic approach to my work, alongside strong listening skills and a calm, patient manner. I believe in treating each person as an individual and tailoring support to suit their unique needs and lifestyle.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, staying active in the gym, and spending time with my dogs.”

Judith

“I love supporting people to be their best, and combined with a love of the body and making it work as good as it can I was overjoyed to get a highly sought after place at Addenbrookes hospital in Cambridge to train.

Now, with over 30+ years of clinical and managerial experiences in both the NHS and private sectors covering rehabilitation for accidents, heart attacks, strokes, surgery and other longer term conditions I am living my dream – Helping others to step into their best life whether those in the Physi-Fit team or patients.

I have a particular interest in helping people to age well, whether supporting the challenges of arthritis, building confidence after a fall or helping to get the best results after a joint replacement.

With over 16 years working in the community I understand the benefits of working with people in their own environments to achieve their goals. I have experience linking in with local gyms, pools for hydrotherapy or local walks as well as weekly exercise classes that have been going for many years, supporting a variety of abilities.

Knowing first hand the frustrations of disability on friends and members of the family, I can also signpost to other agencies, equipment or information to ensure everyone receives whatever they need to achieve the best outcome.”

Morgan

“I am dedicated to guiding individuals through their rehabilitation journey, with a strong belief in the positive impact it has on both physical recovery and mental well-being.

My primary focus is supporting the older generation in maintaining comfort, independence, and fulfilment as they age. I place particular emphasis on crucial areas such as balance and fall prevention, which are essential to preserving mobility, safety, and quality of life.

Working within the community has always been my true passion. I have found that patients demonstrate remarkable motivation and determination in their own environments, and I am able to provide more personalized and effective care when supporting them at home.”

Promoting a quality active life prompted me to start classes for those struggling to keep up with mainstream exercise but able to benefit from more than activities in sitting. I also appreciate the classes are not just about the exercise but the motivation to join others, have fun and grow friendships and support.
