Physiotherapy at home that supports real independence
About
Helping your loved ones stay active, independent, and safe at home
Keeping people independent and doing what they love for as long as possible.
At Physi-Fit Physiotherapy, we support older adults in the community to stay mobile, confident, and connected to the life they enjoy.
We work with people in their own homes, local community venues, and outdoor spaces, providing personalised physiotherapy that fits around real life.
Whether your parent has had a fall, is recovering after a hospital stay, or is becoming less steady, we are here to help them regain strength, balance, and confidence.
Care in the community
We come to you, supporting life where it happens
Care in the community, where it matters most
All our work is based in the community, making physiotherapy more accessible, comfortable, and relevant to everyday life.
We run classes in local community venues and provide home visits for those who need support in familiar surroundings. We can also meet clients in local leisure centres or even outdoors, depending on what works best.
By working in real-life environments, we help people build confidence, stay active, and continue doing the things they enjoy most.

What Our Clients Say About Us
I cannot recommend Judith high enough, she is literally unique.
In June 2025 I broke my femur. This resulted in me having to have surgery to repair the break and I was left with significant pain and discomfort and limited movement in my leg. Judith Hayhow has provided me with support and expertise to ease the pain and discomfort and has worked incredibly hard and with significant success to ease these difficulties and help me improve my posture and walking ability.
I can honestly say that Judith has such a great knowledge of the human body that she has been vital to my wellbeing. I do not believe I would have made such a good recovery without her.
As such I would recommend her to anyone.
Brilliant friendly class for the older person. Takes your aches and pains of age into consideration.
Angeline

Rosemarie
Reliable, consistent and very proffesional.
I have found Judith and Morgan of Physi-fit excellent.
My first conversation with Judith was helpful and encouraging. Morgan, my allocated physiotherapist, has been excellent. Technically very able, and a lovely, warm, supportive personality.
Following a traumatic accident, learning to use crutches whilst non weight bearing, and then starting to weight bear and learning to walk, has been a challenge both physically and mentally. Morgan has been excellent in both areas. I can thoroughly recommend her and Judith.

If you are looking for a class that will help you to keep moving and improving posture, balance and flexibility I would recommend giving Physi-fit a try.
I’m sure, like me, you won’t be disappointed you took that first step.”
